1. ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before the product is processed and shipped.

  • If your order is canceled before tracking information is generated, you will receive a full refund processed back to your account.

  • We cannot cancel an order once the product has already been dispatched and handed over to the air freight carrier. In this case, you will need to follow our standard return process after the package arrives.

2. RETURNS FOR PERSONAL PREFERENCE (CHANGE OF MIND)

We want you to love your items! If you wish to return a product due to personal preference, dislike, or a change of mind, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt under the following strict conditions:

  • Item Condition: The stationery or lifestyle products must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them. They must remain in their original packaging with all tags and protective sleeves intact.

  • Return Shipping Cost: For returns based on personal preference, the buyer is entirely responsible for paying the international return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every item undergoes a strict quality assurance inspection before dispatch. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if we accidentally sent you the incorrect style/product:

  1. Please contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.

  3. Upon review and approval, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item at no extra cost to you.

4. REFUND & RETURN PROCESS

For Shipped / Returned Orders:
  • Step 1: Contact Us First: Do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the shipping label. All returns must be authorized. Contact our customer service team via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and return tracking link.

  • Step 2: Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Step 3: Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (PayPal) in US Dollars (USD).

Refund Processing Time:
  • Once initiated by our system, refunds generally take 7 to 15 BUSINESS DAYS to officially post to your account, depending entirely on your issuing bank or PayPal's financial processing cycles.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your approved refund after 15 business days:

  1. First, check your PayPal or bank account statements thoroughly again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; it often takes internal processing time before a refund is officially posted to your balance.

5. DISCLAIMER & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • Color and Style Variance: Due to different computer monitor displays, lighting during photography, and manufacturing batches, slight color variations or minor pattern placement differences may occur in our cartoon series. These are not considered factory defects.

  • Order Notes: We make every reasonable effort to accommodate style or color preferences left in your order remarks, but exact fulfillment is subject to real-time inventory and cannot be 100% guaranteed.

  • Agreement: By completing a purchase on threekittenscoop.com, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy.
